The goal of the FLI Foundation is to inspire global leaders of tomorrow through access to new ideas, new knowledge, and new relationships.
The FLI mentorship programs are well-defined learning relationship programs that allow members to learn from both the senior members and the founding members network and develop a personal relationship. FLI acknowledges that mentorship program ideas may help future leaders improve emotionally and professionally via their interactions with their mentors. The mentee can create and attain objectives by having a trusted colleague to turn to for help.
FLI Connect is a learning community that connects and advances our members through opportunities for learning skillsets, acquiring unique firsthand experiences, establishing networks and gaining expert insights. FLI Connect offers members opportunities to connect with like-minded peers, get in-depth product training, or always be up to date about the latest in the different industries.
YGL is a unique summer school program held annually that aims to foster a new generation of young leaders in the Chinese business world through lectures taught by outstanding faculty from leading business schools (such as Tsinghua University) and business leaders of some of the most exciting companies in China. Course curriculum will be a mixture of lectures, site visits, team building, industry research, and business case and debate competitions.
