FLI Towards the Future

Founded in 2023, the Future Leaders Initiative Foundation (“FLI Foundation”) is a tax-exempt charity registered under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap 112) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. The goal of the FLI Foundation is to inspire global leaders of tomorrow through access to new ideas, new knowledge, and new relationships. It aims to provide a platform for young aspiring leaders to grow and successful leaders to share their experiences and ideas with the next generation, with programs designed to support them throughout their journey of leadership development.

Our Story

We believe that leadership can be taught and learned. And the best way to become an effective leader is to practice leadership. We founded the FLI Foundation to help those without access to the opportunities and resources to learn, practice, and spread leadership.Many of our founders are young entrepreneurs who owe their successes to their ability to access knowledge, relationships, and new ideas at a young age. Through the FLI Foundation, we want to help young adults develop leadership skills and build strong networks that will help them become global young leaders and provide a platform for successful leaders to spread their ideas so that others can benefit from their experience.

FLI: What We Do

We aim to inspire leadership among the young and disadvantaged
1. Nurture: Teach and learn leadership skills across different cultures and professions (15-17 years old) Young Global Leaders Summer Program (in partnership with Tsinghua University and Beijing Aidi School)

2. Enable: Provide opportunities to practice leadership in complex environments (18-25 years old) Try A Career Program + Equal Opportunity Careers Program + Entrepreneurship Acceleration

3. Inspire: Help successful leaders spread new inspirations and ideas (25+ years old) FLI Conference + FLI Talk + Alumni Mentorship
